KennethBARNETT(Ken) Dorothy, Andrew, Debbie and Hollie would like to take this opportunity to express their heartfelt and sincere thanks to all relatives, friends, neighbours and members of the Probus Club of Kidsgrove for all of their kind and much appreciated support and assistance both during Ken's illness and following their recent bereavement and, indeed, for the comforting expressions of sympathy, letters and cards of condolence and generous donations for Douglas Macmillan Hospice at Home and Marie Curie Cancer Care recently received by them. Special thanks go to Mr Chandra Cheruvu (Upper Gastro-intestinal Surgeon), Dr Arshad Jamil (Consultant Clinical Oncologist) and their teams, nursing colleagues and support staff at University Hospital North Staffordshire, Dr Holland and her colleagues at Kidsgrove Medical Centre, District Nurses and all other home carers and Ambulance Service staff for the amazing exemplary care and kindness extended to Ken. Also most sincere thanks to Rev Ashley Cooper for his comforting words and prayers, before, during and after his wonderful service, to everybody who very kindly attended the service at Carmountside, Jane Walker for the truly lovely flowers and to Robert Williamson and his staff at Williamson Brothers Funeral Directors for their valued assistance with the funeral arrangements and their understanding and the usual excellent service for which they are rightly renowned.
